Repair service by post! If you are looking to reduce costs on your repairs, this could be the option for you. How to order the service:

- Send an enquiry with the valve type and fault details.

- We'll provide you with a repair price and invoice.

- If you are happy to proceed, make payment for the agreed price and ship your item.

Once we receive your item, we'll carry out diagnostics and repair, usually within 1-2 days. Your item will be shipped next day delivery with tracking provided.

Some of the common issues we repair: Loud motor (crunching noise), hardware error, snapped connector, leaking valve, faulty/unresponsive air sensor.

If for some reason we're not able to repair your valve, we'll provide you with a full refund and return your item at no extra cost.

We supply essential service components and consumables to ensure you have the necessary parts readily available. Additionally, we maintain an inventory of discontinued OEM parts and offer repair and reconditioning services for these components.

We stock common replacement parts, enabling us to repair the majority of issues during our initial site visit, minimising the need for return visits and additional costs.
